- You should walk thirty minutes a day and five days a week.
- Exercise number two is Bomber Squats: All you have to do is squat up and down with just your own body weight. You do not need weights, rubber bands or tubes to do this exercise. All you need is your body. Squat up and down for about thirty seconds then take a thirty second break and just walk around letting your body settle down. For maximum fat loss try to repeat this eight times. If you can’t do it eight times just do it as many times as you can.
- You can do Bomber Squats three times a week.
