How to Lose Belly Fat Without Situps

If you want to lose belly fat and have been doing marathon exercise sessions, running 5 miles a day and even hired a personal trainer and you still have a stomach bulge then this article is for you.  I will tell you why working out hours at a time can actually increase your gut and make you thick and bulky.

First of all stop doing hundreds of sit-ups a day. They will not get rid of your pudge.

The best way to get rid of that tummy is to exercise you entire body at the same time. High intensity exercise routines that include you working your legs, back, chest and arms are the ticket to fat loss.

Now please do not go join a gym and run on the treadmill for two hours a day. This might help you lose weight but you will also burn nice shapely muscle and may end up looking anorexic. Instead you want to do brief workouts with high intensity. This will melt away the pounds and add lean sexy muscle.

Your routine should include days of resistance training and weight lifting as well as days of cardiovascular exercise like sprints, especially hill sprints.

Now all you have to do to get that lean body is to eat properly. Eat the foods that your body needs like vegetables, fruit and lean proteins like meat, chicken and fish.
