<p>Processed foods are poor sources of fiber.  Aside from the fat burning benefits of fiber it also helps prevent various health problems like heart disease, diabetes and cancer.</p>
<p>Therefore, I urge you to put water and fiber at the top of the list of things to put in your body. If you combine the focus of a diet rich in nutrients and properly conducted resistance exercise program, you will burn fat much faster and you will be physically healthy and strong.</p>
