To keep your body lean and sexy you know that a proper nutritional program is essential as well as an intense exercise program. If you do not do this your body will go into a state of overtraining and this is exactly what you don’t want to happen. Your body becomes overworked and fatigue and you will not heal properly and develop lean muscle mass. You may also totally wear down your immune system and become more susceptible to getting a cold or a virus.

Remember your body usually needs at least two days of rest to heal after a high intensity work. So always have about two or three days of rest between your high intensity weight training programs.

And remember that getting enough sleep every night is just as important as doing the right exercise program.

Sleep is not only for muscle growth and fat loss but it is also necessary to keep the systems of the body working efficiently and also keeping you mentally alert and focused.

Now I know you are going to ask how many hours should I get every night and I am going to tell you that right now. Clinical studies have shown that the perfect amount of sleep to keep us healthy and fit a trim ranges from 7.5 to 8 hours every night
